After alignment comes faithfulness, January helped us realign our hearts and plans with God; February offers an opportunity to walk it out consistently in everyday life.
Faithfulness is often revealed in small, quiet choices. It shows up in how we steward our time, our attention, and our habits. Scripture reminds us that God is not measuring how much we are given, but how faithfully we use what He has already placed in our hands:
“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.” Luke 16:10 (NIV)
Jesus teaches that faithfulness in little things matters. In His parable of the talents, the servant who buried what he was given was corrected, not because he had little, but because he failed to steward it. Faithfulness, thus, is not about quantity, but responsibility.
The small decisions we make daily, how we begin our mornings, what we prioritize, and what we choose to follow through on, shape our spiritual lives more than we often realize. These moments provide the opportunity to live intentionally and remain accountable before God.
This month, we reflect on what it means to remain faithful in ordinary moments, trusting that God uses small acts of obedience to form strong character and lasting fruit.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9 (NIV)'
I’ll continue sharing brief reflections as I work toward completing this devotional, inviting us to walk together in purposeful living.
