Love rarely begins with grand gestures. More often, it starts with simple acts of kindness, service, and compassion that God uses to accomplish extraordinary purposes. In this featured reflection, Dr. Val explores Jesus' command to love one another and reminds us that even the smallest expressions of Christ-like love can bear lasting fruit.

As September begins, I am reflecting on the faithfulness of God throughout my life’s journey. From small beginnings in Ghana to unexpected doors God opened over time, I can see that a purposeful life does not have to be perfectly planned to become fruitful in God’s hands. This week, we reflect on how God uses small beginnings to shape our character, deepen our faith, and prepare us for meaningful impact.

Entering a new season is only the beginning. God continues to shape us as we adapt to new challenges, grow in wisdom, and use our gifts to make a meaningful impact for His glory.

Preparation does not remove every challenge. Sometimes God calls us into unfamiliar territory where we must trust His presence and step forward with courage.

As we conclude our July Purposeful Living journey, we are reminded that God is not only interested in how we begin—He desires that we finish well.
